These Ledgrowlights offer a lot of advantages compared to HPS lamps. To begin with less
energy consumption and not to forget the average life of 60,000 hours.
Also, there is less heat development.
Ofcourse you can throw out all your HPS Bulbs,but you can also let the LED-units work together with the HPS.
You can install them line by line,switching between HPS and LED-units.
What also is recommended, to use the lighting units of solar oasis with a 600 watt HPS bulb to use.
Well do you think, where is the savings of such a setup?
When growing in an enclosed space without sunlight, then you can use LGM's (8 pieces) of solaroasis during the
12 hours day period,during the day period you switch on the 600 watt HPS with a cycle of 1 hour on and 2 hours switched off.
This means that instead of 12 x 600 watts = 7200Watt, now you use 12 x 72 Watt = 864 Watt + 4 x 600 watts = 2400 watts in
total 3264 watts a day, that's a savings for over 50% and of course a lot less heat.
According to the manufacturer this setup is similar to a 1000 watt HPS bulb.
